Discover ChangeWork

I practice what I call ChangeWork, a modality that cuts right to the core of any issue and transforms it in real time.

ChangeWork is:

  • Creative
  • Provocative
  • No B.S.
  • Bespoke
  • Playful
  • Incisive
  • Lucid
  • Respectful
  • Unexpected
  • Powerful
  • Life-changing

   …..and most of all, effective.

People tell me it’s not like any other form of coaching, mentoring, energy work or therapy they’ve ever experienced. It’s unique. And it works.

Whether I work with business, familial or personal issues,  in person, via Zoom or in a corporate, public, or private group, the process is an experiential journey we take together.

Wherever you begin, you will find yourself, at the end, on another shore.

How I Got Here & Where I've Been

Raised in the strictures of rural America’s deeply held values, exacting work ethic, and a certain narrowness of mind, I escaped into the Navy. My world became bigger. My Awareness primed: thank you other cultures.

Fast forward through foundational years as a cop, getting a degree and divorce, immersion in personal-development pursuits — I found my life’s work: teaching, facilitating, consulting and mentoring others the ChangeWork required for growth, development, becoming.

I trained in and became competent and well-experienced in the art, skill and practice of NLP and facilitation as a trainer, teacher and mentor, mediator, critical incident debriefer, and Hellinger Family and Systemic Organizational Constellations leader. I dove deeply into Andean Mysticism, and Sente Energetics. For decades I studied with indigenous and scientifically trained, yet phenomenologically oriented, master mystics and teachers.

I convened public workshops and training courses. I provided corporate and organizational interventions with executive, departmental and project teams. I became known as “the pain relief guy” — one who walked into any situation, took on any request and created uncommon and sustainable solutions.

When leaving law enforcement, I had asked myself what I liked best about the work: “Being on-point, in real time, relying on my own resources, and creating the right solution.” I am yet on-point as a consultant and mentor. Real time on-point Moments demand honesty, extemporaneousness, sincerity — humane engagement. These things are right up my street.

Moments themselves make these demands. They necessitate our Attention and Intent to bring uncommon insight and clarity to bear; to bring prodigious personal agency where and when needed, and to become fluid enough to do what it takes to achieve what the client says she/he wants — within energetic ethical and ecological frames.

Later I studied with Ernie Thayer, about whom I will say more at such time you know I am credible and sincere, competent and safe.
